Franklyn is an independent film set in futrastic London, and features four different, intersecting stories, set in different time periods. Like Taken, it’s another flick that has yet to be released in the United States. Which sucks. Because it looks good. And I want to see it.
Taken has slowly been released throughout the world – and unlike everything else, the US is the last to have the flick released to theaters. It stars Oskar Schindler Qui-Gon Jinn Your Father Liam Neeson as a former spy who ends up busting heads after his daughter is “taken” and forced [...] Twentieth Century Fox filed a suit against Warner Brothers a while back. Fox apparently bought the rights to a Watchmen movie back in the 80’s, meaning that Warner Brothers basically is trying to distribute a movie they don’t legally own the rights to. Yesterday, a judge ruled in favor of Fox – so who knows [...]
